Refund Policy
Instant digital product
Full Discovery (RM19.90, one-time payment) is a digital product delivered instantly through the web app as soon as payment is confirmed.
All sales final
Because the content is unlocked immediately after payment, all RM19.90 purchases are final and non-refundable once Full Discovery has been unlocked.
A fair exception
If your payment succeeded but Full Discovery did not unlock due to a fault on our side, contact us at vkyphuah@gmail.com — we will unlock your access or resolve the issue.
Failed payments
If a payment fails or is cancelled before completion, you are not charged and no refund is needed.
