HuBugs is a reflective framework for understanding your personal patterns, HuBugs and small upgrades that fit. It is not fortune telling and not a scientific diagnosis.
What does the Free Discovery include?
The Free Discovery shows both people's Personal Numbers, with a short summary of behavioural tendencies, communication style, and relationship tendencies, plus a brief insight into how the two of you may interact.
What does RM19.90 unlock?
Full Discovery unlocks the complete Personal Number profile for both people, a two-way interaction guide, communication and emotional patterns, behaviour under pressure, how to approach each other, possible friction patterns, and meaningful conversation questions.
I paid but my Full Discovery is still locked.
Payment confirmation can take a few moments. Refresh your result page after a short wait. If it is still locked, email us with your account email and we will sort it out.
I used the wrong email.
A Full Discovery purchase is tied to the email used at checkout. Email us — from the wrong address if you can — and tell us the correct one, and we will help move your access.
I entered the wrong birthday.
No problem. Open the input page (Edit on the result page) and correct the birthday — the numbers and reading will be recalculated automatically.
My payment failed.
You are not charged for a failed payment. Try again with a different card or payment method. If it keeps failing, check with your bank or email us.
Where can I find my Full Discovery?
Log in with the same email you used at checkout, then open your result page. Full Discovery unlocks automatically for paid accounts.
Can I calculate family members?
This version supports two people per reading (you can choose a family relationship type). A feature for more family members is not available yet — email us if you're interested.
Is this a scientific diagnosis?
No. HuBugs is a reflection and conversation tool. It does not measure, diagnose, or predict anything scientifically.
Is this fortune telling?
No. We do not predict the future, fate, or luck. Our content describes possible tendencies, to support conversation and mutual understanding.
